Purchased this dress using the measurements provided. She measured a 4 and we purchased a 4. The dress waist actually measures a size 8 so I'm not sure if it was this specific dress or the style that runs large. When I contacted them about this they gave me a partial refund to cover getting it altered. Satisfied with my purchase. The dress is well made.
